It's the world's fault!

Oh my gosh! Pretty much everything in this world can cause me to be infertile!  I know... If I truly desire children... I should become Amish.  I mean... Really?  Let's see here:

My electric blanket. If I insist on continuing to use it... I not only need to turn it off when I climb in bed, but I should unplug it!

Consuming trans fats can increase your risk of infertility by as much as 70 percent!

Here's a list of hormones that have been found in cows' milk:  Prolactin, Somatostatin, Melatonin, Oxytocin, Growth hormone, Lutenizing releasing hormone, Thyroid stimulating hormone, Estrogens, Progesterone, Insulin, Corticosteroids and many more!  Which of course having all those hormones entering into my body can effect MY hormones.  Oh and it can cause issues for the guy too.  Jared'll cry if I take away his milk....

Studies have found higher concentrations of pesticides in cheese than in non-organically grown fruit and vegetables!  Give up cheese??  I can't picture a world without cheese...

Of course coffee is very bad for someone trying to conceive.  I mean horrible!  But the main reason so many are so very against coffee is the caffeine.  What I don't understand though is that drinking at least one cup of tea each day is supposed to INCREASE fertility.  Ummm... tea has caffeine too...

Cell phones???  Oh well that's not a fertility problem, that's a pregnancy problem.  It can cause behavioral problems with the child you are carrying.

Unfiltered tap water.. YIKES there's some stuff in there.  But I'm not JUST supposed to avoid DRINKING unfiltered tap water... But I'm also supposed to put a filter on my shower?  I don't know about that...

There's like a million and one things in this world all around me that can affect my fertility!  Some of the things in toxins to avoid include:  Deodorant, use of plastic containers or plastic wrap, and using cosmetics.

If there was some way I could easily go Amish...  I imagine that would be the best way to increase my fertility.
