Every time I give blood the questions seem more and more intrusive. I can understand where it asks "Are you pregnant, or have you been pregnant within the last 90 days?". That question might have some affect on my blood. But have I EVER been pregnant? Why do they need to know that? I asked, and she just said they needed to know. I mentioned it was new... She just waved it off and started back to business. Seeing as I have never ever been pregnant, it shouldn't matter anyway... Just why do they need to know? It hurt being reminded so clearly of my infertility. Thanks a lot Red Cross, put my blood to good use, ok?
